Through our manufacturing facility in Cheongju, Korea, we enforce strict quality assurance procedures to ensure product safety, stability, and regulatory compliance. From verifying raw material purity to running final microbial safety checks on finished batches, we guarantee your products meet international standards.
Finished Product Inspection
- Verifying incoming raw materials match supplier specifications
- Monitoring pH, viscosity, and gravity during compounding
- Conducting 48-hour microbial safety testing on finished batches
Production Documentation
Every production lot is documented with batch records, formulation verification, and quality test results for traceability and regulatory compliance.

Warehouse Prep & Shipment Handover
Finished products pass final inspection before pallet packing, documentation, and warehouse release. Only approved lots are cleared for delivery with batch records and COA attached.
Incoming Inspection
All raw materials and packaging components are inspected and tested upon arrival.
In-Process & Release Testing
Formulations are tested during compounding, and finished products undergo final safety checks.
